Clarity 4D is partly based on Carl Jung’s psychological preferences around the dynamics of thinking and behaviour, and the ancient ‘elements’ of fire, water, air and earth. Clarity 4D is a great introduction to profiling for teams who are new to it.
The four profiles in Clarity 4D are represented by colours. Each colour relates to the elements and the ‘energy’ or characteristics of those elements as noted in the picture above.
We are all a blend of each colour in some way, shape or form and are able to power up or play down each colour energy dependent on the circumstances, situation and people around us.
This is a journey of self-discovery and is a great way to engage your team, to inspire and motivate them before the training even begins.
Firstly, your team will take time to understand more about themselves
and secondly, each individual will learn about how they are perceived by their fellow team members and managers; they will discover how they each like to be communicated with, and how to best effectively collaborate with each other.
They learn more about the blending of colour energies and that there is not just one colour for each person; they understand they can ‘power up’ or ‘play down’ each of their energies as and when they need to.
All of the training is fun, engaging and interactive; everything we do is based around the colour energies and with key learning points linked to your objectives.
